- Do I need a court order or solicitor referral to use the contact centre?
No, if you’re looking for informal, supported contact, we accept self-referrals directly from parents as well as professional referrals. - What’s the difference between supported and supervised contact?
Supported contact happens in a shared space with no direct volunteer involvement and no reporting. Supervised contact takes place in a private room with a volunteer observing and providing a report.
Supervised contact is only available when ordered by the court. - Do you offer both supported and supervised sessions?
Yes, but we only offer supervised contact when it has been court-ordered.
